I’m challenging myself to reach 100 subscribers by the end of November 2025. If you want to be remembered as the foundation of this journey, join us.
I finally built my productivity system. Now, it’s time to test it and see how far it takes me.
Hey, I’m Zoli, 17, working on a business. Over the next month, I challenge myself to implement a habit stack into my workflow. Let’s get into the details!
Why I’m doing this challenge
One of my main goals for this season is to build knowledge across key areas: sales, marketing, business ops, and productivity. I don’t want to learn theory from books and courses:
You can’t learn to swim just by reading about water.
I want to test my knowledge and see what actually works in real life. I want to go practical, not stopping at theory.
Beyond that, I want to understand how I work. What makes me productive? Why do I lose focus or energy? How can I reach my full potential?
This is what this challenge is about: designing the system and testing it for 30 days.
The Framework
A few months ago, I attempted to map out what truly affects productivity.
I ended up with 5 pillars:
This month, I’ll test a few habits from each category and see if it’s enough to upgrade my efficiency or if it’s missing something.
The Habit Stack
Goals
Stick to my seasonal/biweekly plans
Build a visual vision board and look at it daily
Time
Estimate how long each task will take to stop overplanning (time-blocking)
Compare my estimations to the actual results to calibrate my accuracy
Focus
Use a scratchpad to note down intrusive thoughts (so I don’t lose flow)
Optimize my workspace for minimal distractions
Test different focus windows to find what works for me
Consistency
Track my progression visually
Post daily notes about my progress to keep myself accountable
Add a reward system to link progress with motivation
Energy
Further test the power nap method
Build buffer times into my schedule to avoid one slip destroying the plan
So it Begins
This post ends here, but the challenge just started.
In a month, I’ll know whether my system works or if I need to rebuild it from scratch. I’ll post daily updates in my Notes to track progress and share how it goes.
If you want to join me, start your own version. You don’t need to use my system: design your habit stack, and let me know your results!
See you in 30 days,
Zoli
