The Ferrari and mountain example hits because a lot of us chase things without asking why we want them. Sometimes we spend years trying to reach a goal, only to realize it was never going to give us what we hoped for.
The real question is not just “What am I chasing?” but “Is this actually taking me where I want to go?”
This route audit definitely opened up the why behind the goals I'm pursuing, and this three-step method really makes sense, especially since you applied it to your own goal of bench pressing four plates.
Very detailed and easy to understand indeed.
Thanks for the insight, and I look forward to reading more of your work! 😁
Thanks for the kind words, I’m glad you found it useful, let me know if it helps you with your own goals as well :)
Did you notice anything negative or room for improvement about the post, any ways it could’ve been better? I’m working on improving my content quality, feedback would be invaluable.
Of course, Zoli! And yes, I'll definitely consider implementing this protocol to help me weigh my own goals and self-improvement!
Regarding feedback, I think the article's pretty good and informative so far. I like how you kept the article in easy-to-read chunks and steps with bullet points and text boxes, so definitely keep doing that to reduce reader fatigue haha (something I learned when writing my own articles)!
I also enjoyed your graphics at the beginning and end of the article to really illuminate what you’re talking about.
Other than that, I don’t really have any negative feedback, so keep up the good work! 😊
May I ask, though, what A.I. or app you use to make the images in this article?
Just curious, haha, just in case I might want to use it to create images for my articles in the future!
For the images, I use plain ChatGPT, it’s all about reiteration and systemizing it, once the AI truly knows what to generate, they’re truly masterpieces. At first, it took me a bunch of requests and modicifactions to get what I want, but as I stayed in the same window, it became much smoother and I need max. 1-2 small improvements from the starting point.
Yes, basically it’s all about prompt engineering, gradually improving the AI so it knows better and better what I want. And yeah, it’s just the plain free version of ChatGPT, nothing fancy. Probably there are better ways to do so, but it works well for me :)
Zoli, the Ferrari/mountain line got me instantly. But what really lands with me is you running your own bench press goal through the audit and being honest that it wouldn't actually make your life feel significant. I love such an honest approach.
I also love "separate the route from the desire," way more useful than the usual keep-it-or-drop-it advice.
Don't mind, I am stealing this framework for my own goals this week.
Thanks for that ZOLI... This is really insightful and buddy I love the sheer honesty of yours...
Thanks! I actually first tried to help a subscriber transform their goal, but sadly it was in an earlier phase of the framework, and it didn’t yet work well. Since then the framework has improved, and his example would’ve been outdated so sadly I had to exclude it.
And of course, the reason I shared the framework is so that people can give it a try, of course, only if you share the results with me, I’d love to further improve it :)

Ahh, I see.
So it's just experimenting and tweaking the prompts you send to ChatGPT to generate those images, you would say?
Honestly, very glad to hear that it's just plain ChatGPT as well haha.

Sounds good!
Glad to hear that and thank you, Zoli. 😁
